Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support to RBTs and Behavior Therapists. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation. Ensure documentation and clinical practices align with Wisconsin Medicaid/ForwardHealth requirements. Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the client's care team. Participate in the continued development and growth of the Autism and Behavioral Services program.
