RBT jobs
RBTs deliver the direct therapy hours that make ABA work: running programs, collecting data and building rapport with clients session after session.
What do RBT jobs pay, and where are they?
Live RBT roles
No live RBT roles are published right now. Most of our RBT searches are filled before they reach a job board — join the talent network and we will come to you.

Start with your state page: it carries the licensure position, the local market read and every live role we hold there. If nothing is open, that is usually timing rather than absence — RBT searches move quickly and most never reach a board.
RBT pay by state
What a RBT offer is worth depends on licensure, setting mix and cost of living as much as the headline number.

RBT questions we get asked
- Do I need experience to become an RBT?
- No. The credential needs a high school diploma, 40 hours of training, a competency assessment and the exam. Many providers train and certify you on hire.
- Are RBT roles full time?
- Both exist. Ask whether hours are guaranteed, how cancellations are handled and whether drive time between clients is paid; those three answers determine your real take-home.

RBT hiring
We qualify every RBT role before it reaches you
RBT retention is a scheduling problem before it is a pay problem. Guaranteed hours, cancellation policy and travel radius decide whether a hire lasts a year.
