What changes a RBT offer in Pennsylvania

• Pennsylvania licenses behavior specialists (BSL) and behavior analysts through the State Board of Medicine.
• Setting: Center-based ABA clinics, In-home ABA, Schools price differently for the same credential.
• Caseload cap and billable or productivity target, which decide whether a bonus is real.
• Metro cost of living within the state; a city premium is not the same as a better offer.
• Scarcity: High volume, high turnover. The providers who win here pay for drive time, guarantee hours and promote from within; the ones who do not are permanently hiring.

Why we do not publish a PA average
