    Equal opportunity statement

Take a Seat People is committed to equal employment opportunity. We recruit, assess and present candidates without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran or military status, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.

Candidates are shortlisted on licensure, clinical experience, setting fit and what the role actually requires — nothing else.

    What we expect from employers

    • Roles must be genuine and open to all qualified applicants.
    • No discriminatory requirements, preferences or screening criteria in a brief or a job posting. We will decline a brief that contains one.
    • Good-faith pay ranges on roles covered by state or city pay transparency laws.
    • Compliance with applicable ban-the-box, salary-history and background check rules in the relevant jurisdiction.
    • Reasonable accommodation available throughout their hiring process.

    Accommodations

If you need an accommodation to take part in a search — an alternative format, extra time, a different interview arrangement, or support with an assessment — tell your recruiter or email hello@takeaseatppl.com. We will arrange it with you and, where needed, with the employer, and we will not share medical details.

    Pay transparency

We publish a pay range on job listings wherever the employer provides one and always where a covered jurisdiction requires it — including states and cities with pay transparency laws such as California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, Hawaii and Maryland. Where a range is a market guide rather than an employer's posted range, we say so on the page.

    No fees to clinicians

Employers pay our fees. We never charge a clinician for representation, interviews, placement, training or equipment, and we never ask candidates for bank details.

    Raising a concern

If you believe a role, a posting or a hiring process we are involved in has treated you unfairly, email hello@takeaseatppl.com. We investigate, respond, and will withdraw from a search where an employer will not put it right.
