1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a site. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. Together they let the site work, remember your preferences and tell us which pages and roles people find useful.
2. Categories we use
| Category | What it does | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Page routing, security, load balancing, remembering your cookie choices, keeping you signed in to a recruiter or employer account | No — the site will not work without these |
| Analytics | Aggregate page views, job listing performance, search terms, referral sources | Yes |
| Marketing and campaign measurement | Measuring which campaigns bring clinicians and employers to the site; may involve sharing identifiers with ad platforms | Yes |
3. Your choices
- Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer to change analytics and marketing cookies at any time.
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site.
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser — we treat it as a valid opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising.
- Use our Do Not Sell or Share page to record an opt out directly.
4. Third parties
Analytics and campaign tools set their own cookies and process data under their own policies. We only enable non-essential tools after you consent, or where you have not opted out and the law allows it.
