Your privacy rights request

Ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal information, or opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising.

What you can ask for

Know and access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
Correct: fix anything inaccurate in your candidate or contact record.
Delete: remove your record, subject to records we must keep about a completed placement.
Opt out: stop sale, sharing and targeted advertising.
Limit: restrict the use of sensitive personal information.
Appeal: challenge a decision we make on your request, where your state provides an appeal right.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@takeaseatppl.com with the request type in the subject line — for example "Access request", "Delete my data", or "Opt out". Include the name, email and phone number you have used with us so we can find your record.

An authorized agent can submit on your behalf with your written permission; we may contact you to confirm.

How we verify you

We match the details you give us against our records. For a deletion or access request we may ask you to confirm one or two additional details, such as the roles you discussed with us. We will not ask for a Social Security number or financial details.

How long it takes

We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If a request is complex we may extend once by a further 45 days and will tell you why. Opt-out requests are actioned within 15 business days.

Making a request never affects how we represent you as a candidate or work with you as an employer.
