The terms that govern use of this website, our job listings, our talent network and enquiries about behavioral health recruitment services.

1. Agreement
By using https://takeaseatppl.com you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
These website terms do not create a recruitment engagement. Search work for an employer is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, guarantees and invoicing.
2. What we do
We are a behavioral health recruitment business. We advertise roles, introduce clinicians to employers, and run searches for employers. We are not an employer of the clinicians we place, and we do not provide clinical services, supervision, therapy or medical advice.
Employment terms, licensure requirements, supervision arrangements, caseloads and pay are set by the hiring employer.
3. Using the site as a candidate
- Give accurate information about your licensure, certification and work history. We verify credentials with issuing boards and employers where relevant.
- You are responsible for holding and maintaining the license or certification a role requires in the state where the work is performed.
- We never charge clinicians a fee for our services.
- We may decline to represent an applicant where we cannot verify credentials or where there is no suitable role.
4. Using the site as an employer
- Job content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and for a genuine vacancy.
- Postings must comply with equal employment opportunity law and with applicable pay transparency laws — include a good-faith pay range where the role is covered.
- Do not submit content that discriminates on the basis of a protected characteristic. We will remove postings that do.
- You are responsible for your own hiring decisions, offers, background checks, credentialing and employment documentation.
5. Job listings and pay information
Job listings, salary guides and market data on this site are provided for general information. Advertised ranges reflect what we typically see on roles we recruit for and are not an offer, a survey, or a guarantee of any specific compensation. Roles can close or change without notice.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping, bulk harvesting of listings or candidate data, or automated access other than well-behaved search engine crawlers.
- No attempts to access accounts, admin areas or data you are not authorized to access.
- No uploading of malware, or of client, patient or protected health information.
- No use of our name, listings or content to impersonate us or to solicit fees from clinicians.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its content, salary guides, insights and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share pages for personal or internal business use. Republishing substantial content or using it to train commercial models requires our written permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings, market data or availability are uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this site is legal, clinical, tax or employment advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity arising from use of the site. Our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to $100 or the amount you have paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law rules. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first — email us and we will respond.
