Our commitment
Every clinician should be able to search roles, read a salary guide and apply without barriers. We work to make this site usable with assistive technology, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs, not requests.
Standard we work to
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, consistent with expectations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 for materials shared with public-sector partners. Current status: partially conformant — most content meets the standard and we are working through the exceptions below.
What we have built in
- Semantic headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate pages.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators.
- Text contrast checked against WCAG AA, and a 12px minimum text size across the site.
- Descriptive link text and alt text on meaningful images.
- Forms with associated labels, clear error messages and touch targets of at least 44px.
- Video used as background motion is muted, non-essential, and suppressed when your device requests reduced motion or data saving.
Known limitations
- Some third-party embedded content (scheduling, analytics and applicant tracking tools) is outside our control and may not fully conform.
- Some data-dense salary tables need horizontal scrolling on small screens.
- Older insight and job content may not have complete alternative text for every image.
Alternative ways to reach us
- Apply or ask about a role by email instead of using an online form.
- Ask for a job description, salary guide or insight article in a plain-text or large-print format.
- Ask for a phone or video conversation with a recruiter instead of written screening.
