Do not sell or share my personal information

Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, as provided by California and other state privacy laws.

Our position

We do not sell personal information for money, and we never sell candidate resumes, licensure details or search notes. We do use analytics and campaign measurement tools that can involve sharing online identifiers with ad platforms, which some state laws treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or as a "sale".

How to opt out

Open "Cookie preferences" in the site footer and turn off marketing and analytics cookies. This records your opt out for this browser.
Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser or extension — we honor it automatically as a valid opt-out request.
Email privacy@takeaseatppl.com with the subject "Opt out" if you would rather we record it against your candidate or contact record.

Opting out will not affect how we represent you as a candidate or how we work with you as an employer. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit an opt out for you. Email privacy@takeaseatppl.com with written permission signed by you, and we may contact you to confirm.

Other privacy rights

You can also ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and appeal our decision where your state provides that right. Use the data request page or the privacy policy for details.
