The role
Discipline: Board Certified Behavior Analyst State: Wisconsin Roles open: 1 role Timeframe: Urgent — this month Setting: ABA and autism services Provide ongoing clinical oversight, direction, and supervision to RBTs and Behavior Therapists. Provide required in-person supervision and face-to-face clinical activities at our Green Bay center. Develop, review, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior-analytic programming. Complete and oversee initial assessments and semi-annual re-assessments. Develop and maintain Prior Authorization (PA) documentation and supporting clinical materials. Review client data and make data-based treatment decisions. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support to RBTs and Behavior Therapists. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation. Ensure documentation and clinical practices align with Wisconsin Medicaid/ForwardHealth requirements. Collaborate with families, staff, and other members of the client's care team. Participate in the continued development and growth of the Autism and Behavioral Services program.
