The role

BCBA role in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, paying $76,500 - $96,500 a year, offering two remote programming days a week, with assessments and overlaps delivered on site. Responsibilities

• Complete functional behavior assessments and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or Vineland).
• Write funder-ready treatment plans against measurable, socially significant goals.
• Supervise behavior technicians with structured overlaps, competency checks and written feedback.
• Coach caregivers so skills generalize outside session.
• Review graphed data weekly and change programming when the data says so.

What you will need

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Behavior analyst license or registration in Wisconsin, or eligibility before your start date.
• Experience writing insurance-funded treatment plans and defending them at authorization review.
• Confident supervising RBTs and coaching caregivers.
