What do SLP jobs pay, and where are they?

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) roles in the US are advertised at roughly $72k – $108k, with entry roles near $72k and senior or supervisory roles near $108k. Our second-largest search area and structurally short nationwide. School-based caseloads and pediatric feeding are the hardest to fill; teletherapy has widened the candidate pool but not closed the gap. Some SLP work is remote — telehealth, supervision and documentation — but assessment-heavy roles usually are not.

    Live SLP roles

No live SLP roles are published right now. Most of our SLP searches are filled before they reach a job board — join the talent network and we will come to you.

Are there SLP jobs near me?

Start with your state page: it carries the licensure position, the local market read and every live role we hold there. If nothing is open, that is usually timing rather than absence — SLP searches move quickly and most never reach a board.

    SLP questions we get asked

Can I work as an SLP in another state?
Yes, but you need that state's license. The ASLP-IC interstate compact is live in a growing number of states and makes multi-state practice far quicker where both states participate.
Are school SLP roles paid on a teacher scale?
Often, yes, with the school-year calendar and sometimes a stipend. Contract agency roles usually pay hourly at a higher rate but without district benefits. We show both so you can compare properly.

We qualify every SLP role before it reaches you

SLP offers are won on caseload cap, paperwork time and whether CFs are genuinely supported. School contracts also need clarity on stipends and the school-year calendar.
