All behavior technician candidates will be required to pass the Registered Behavior Technician examination after their 40-hour training is completed. On-site training. Training from your team leads, RBTs and BCBAs while working with your clients. Mentorship/Support On-going check-ins, mentorship and support from your ABA team. Crisis-support QBS- Qualified Behavioral Solutions trainers on site.. QBS training for all RBTs. RBT Responsibilities and Expectations Deliver individualized ABA programs for each one of your clients. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Implement skill acquisition and behavior management in center, community and home settings. Job Description Display the ability to participate as an active member of the client’s treatment team, working with team leads, BCBAs and other RBTs.
