What changes a BCBA offer in Florida

• Florida requires certification as a behavior analyst through the state alongside BCBA credentials for Medicaid-funded work.
• Setting: Center-based ABA clinics, In-home ABA, School districts and contracted school services price differently for the same credential.
• Caseload cap and billable or productivity target, which decide whether a bonus is real.
• Metro cost of living within the state; a city premium is not the same as a better offer.
• Scarcity: The single most requested role we recruit. Demand is heaviest in center-based and hybrid ABA across Texas, Florida, California, Arizona and the Carolinas, and strongest of all for BCBAs willing to carry a supervisory caseload.
