Workforce intelligence
Live-data tools for the US behavioral health workforce, starting with BCBA pay and demand.
Take a Seat People
What is in the workforce intelligence layer?
Two interactive tools, both computed from the 39 BCBA vacancies we currently hold across 18 states: a salary dashboard of advertised pay, and a demand map of where those vacancies sit. Nothing here is modelled or bought in. Vacancies that publish no pay range are counted but never imputed, and no vacancy dates are shown anywhere.
The US behavioral health workforce report
Every live vacancy we hold, counted: discipline mix, state concentration, setting mix, remote share and how many employers publish pay at all.
BCBA salary dashboard
Advertised pay on BCBA vacancies we hold, filterable by state, setting and contract type, with medians, quartiles, pay-transparency share and CSV export.
BCBA demand map
State-by-state map of where the BCBA vacancies we hold actually are, with advertised pay medians, remote share and the metros behind each state.
How the figures are produced, and what they cannot tell you, is set out in the research methodology.
