The role
A fully remote LCSW teletherapy role paying $75,000 to $92,000 salaried, not per session. You hold a capped caseload with documentation time inside the working day, and the employer funds licensure in additional states as your panel grows. Responsibilities
- Carry a therapy caseload with assessment, treatment planning and review.
- Deliver evidence-based intervention (CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-focused).
- Coordinate care with prescribers, schools and community services.
- Complete documentation inside scheduled admin time.
What you will need
- Active LCSW license in your home state, or LMSW with a supervision plan where the role allows it.
- Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
