The role

Fully remote LCSW role serving adult patients in Florida, paying a guaranteed $80,000 - $95,000 a year on W-2, 40 hours a week on an agreed weekday schedule. The target is 25 completed sessions a week with protected documentation time, and scheduling, billing and credentialing are handled for you. Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual assessments and individual therapy for adults with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties and life transitions.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain clinical records and coordinate referrals.
• Use established risk-assessment and escalation procedures when needed.

What you will need

• MSW degree.
• Active, unrestricted Florida LCSW license.
• Outpatient therapy experience.
• A secure, private home workspace that meets applicable telehealth requirements.
