The role
RBT role in New York City, New York, paying $24.50 - $31.50 per hour, offering a single-site schedule with no driving between clients and daily BCBA access. Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one ABA sessions to protocol.
- Take session data accurately and submit notes the same day.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and de-escalation strategies safely.
- Work directly with the supervising BCBA on programming changes.
What you will need
- Active RBT certification with the BACB, or completion of the 40-hour training and competency assessment before start.
- Reliable transportation for community and in-home sessions where applicable.
- Comfortable with physically active sessions and floor-based play.
