The role

RBT role in Charlotte, North Carolina, paying $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, offering a school-day schedule with no evenings, weekends or holiday shifts. Take a Seat People recruits this role directly with the employer, and we confirm caseload, supervision and pay in writing before the job goes live.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA sessions to protocol.
• Take session data accurately and submit notes the same day.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and de-escalation strategies safely.
• Work directly with the supervising BCBA on programming changes.

What you will need

• Active RBT certification with the BACB, or completion of the 40-hour training and competency assessment before start.
• Reliable transportation for community and in-home sessions where applicable.
• Comfortable with physically active sessions and floor-based play.
