The role
Behavior Technician role in Seattle, Washington, paying $22.50 - $28.00 per hour, offering paid 40-hour RBT training, exam fees covered and guaranteed hours while you certify. Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA sessions under BCBA direction after paid training.
- Record session data and behavior notes accurately.
- Support learners in play-based and skill-building activities.
What you will need
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior ABA experience required.
- Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training, paid by the employer.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
