IDD and adult services
Services for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities: residential, day programs, supported employment and behavioral support.
For candidates
What the work is like
- Long-term relationships and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
- Ask about staffing ratios, lone working and crisis support
For employers
The hiring reality
- The highest vacancy rates in behavioral health, driven by DSP pay and shift structure
- Behavior analysts with adult and severe-behavior experience are a small, specialized pool
- State waiver funding sets the ceiling on pay, so structure and support have to do the work
Disciplines we place here
