The role
A fully remote BCBA role delivering telehealth supervision, parent training and program writing for families across multiple states, paying $88,000 to $108,000. You need licensure in at least one state we serve and the willingness to add others, with all licensing costs reimbursed. Responsibilities
- Complete functional behavior assessments and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or Vineland).
- Write funder-ready treatment plans against measurable, socially significant goals.
- Supervise behavior technicians with structured overlaps, competency checks and written feedback.
- Coach caregivers so skills generalize outside session.
- Review graphed data weekly and change programming when the data says so.
What you will need
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Behavior analyst license or registration in your home state, or eligibility before your start date.
- Experience writing insurance-funded treatment plans and defending them at authorization review.
- Confident supervising RBTs and coaching caregivers.
