    The role

    BCBA role in New York City, New York, paying $94,000 - $118,500 a year, offering a reduced caseload of 8 plus mentorship of three junior analysts on a published supervision curriculum.     Responsibilities

    • Complete functional behavior assessments and skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or Vineland).
    • Write funder-ready treatment plans against measurable, socially significant goals.
    • Supervise behavior technicians with structured overlaps, competency checks and written feedback.
    • Coach caregivers so skills generalize outside session.
    • Review graphed data weekly and change programming when the data says so.

    What you will need

    • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
    • Behavior analyst license or registration in New York, or eligibility before your start date.
    • Experience writing insurance-funded treatment plans and defending them at authorization review.
    • Confident supervising RBTs and coaching caregivers.
