The role

Discipline: Board Certified Behavior Analyst State: Massachusetts Roles open: 1 role Timeframe: Next 1–3 months Setting: ABA and autism services Part-time BCBA (hourly) *avg of 10 billable hours per week/40 billable hours per month - not to exceed 48 billable hours per month Typical caseload size: 3-5 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours) Required Availability: Weekdays: Flexibility preferred. At minimum, must have the ability to support clients within the 3:30-6:30 block. Saturdays: Must have the availability to support clients on some Saturdays during daytime hours (8:30-2). Hourly Salary: $60-$80/billable hour $25/non-billable hour (capped at 20% of total billables worked unless otherwise specified) Benefits: Accrued PTO (follows part-time hourly policy) 401K Mileage reimbursement Quarterly bonus opportunities Full-time BCBA (salaried) Minimum billable hour requirement: 22.5/week, 90/month (40 hour work week) Typical Caseload Size: 8-12 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours) Annual Salary: $70,000-$85,000 Benefits: 120 hours of combined PTO accrued annually (sick, vacation, personal) Unused PTO may roll over, not to exceed 240 hours per calendar year. 7 paid holidays per year Medical, Dental & Vision 401K Mileage reimbursement Reimbursement for required licensing, board certification, and CEU’s CEU reimbursement up to $500 annually, may be rolled over Quarterly bonus opportunities Each position is hybrid. We are a small BCBA and woman owned business in Central, MA. Services are provided in home, center or community. All clients reside within 30-min of our office location.
